When you purchase a coupon / certificate through our platform, it must be exchanged with the merchant stated therein. The merchant is the only party responsible for providing the service and giving a compensation or refund when they are unable to honour the service purchased.
Up until 14 days after the date of purchase and as long as your voucher has not been redeemed, you can get the purchase/paid amount back. You must simply contact our customer service department within 14 days of your purchase by email. We will reimburse the same credit card account you used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your reimbursement to show up on your credit card statement.
We sell discounted vouchers on behalf of merchants who are fully responsible by contract with EMG for honouring their obligations. EMG is not legally responsible in case a merchant is not able to fulfill its obligations for reasons such as bankruptcy, closure, business interruption, unfavourable weather conditions or other. However, EMG will assist members with claims for compensation if the voucher is still valid and the merchant is still open for business. We will do our best to find an acceptable resolution.
In the event you were to lose a voucher that was sent to you by email, do not hesitate to contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will resend you the unclaimed voucher(s)
Please note that due to the discounted nature of the vouchers sold on the EMG platform, purchases are final unless otherwise specified in the details of the offer.
